All about the Garmin Nuvi 205 GPS
The Garmin Nuvi 205 is the exact same as the Nuvi 200 in every way, except the 205 has the ability to work with the MSN Direct service. (This is a feature that offers much more detailed information and services while you’re driving.)
This is not a widescreen GPS — its screen, with a resolution of 320×240, measures 3.5 inches diagonally. Its features are very basic — it does not have wireless Bluetooth, an mp3 player, or an FM receiver. It does (as all Nuvis) have a picture viewer and SD cart slot.
The 205’s preloaded maps include the 48 contiguous United States plus Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The unit’s battery life is 5 hours maximum. The voice prompts what direction to turn only, not actual street names.
